<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a sensor using a photonic crystal that immobilizes a recognition element to a surface to measure a refractive index variation caused by binding/dissociation with respect to a specimen has a small variation, thus making it difficult to detect a low-molecular specimen.SOLUTION: The photonic crystal is prepared using a material with molecular recognition ability. Extraction of a specimen to the interior of the photonic crystal and a change in physical properties of the material are used for detection and quantitative determination so as to detect and quantitatively determine the specimen such as ion.</p> |
