<p>Provided is a fixing device of a metal sheet for manufacturing a pattern mask which is used in a process for manufacturing a flat panel display device. The fixing device of the metal sheet includes a first fixing unit and a second fixing unit. The first fixing unit includes an adhesive layer which is in contact with the edge of the metal sheet and a first frame which supports the metal sheet by using the adhesive layer. The second fixing unit includes a second frame which is located on the lower side of the first frame, a support plate which is located on the center of the second frame, and an adhering unit which is located between the support plate and the center of the metal sheet and fixates the center of the metal sheet by generating either electrostatic force or magnetic force.</p>
