PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing rib plate for reducing a stress concentration portion at a weld zone of a fillet weld without increasing the number of parts.SOLUTION: A reinforcing rib plate 1 for reinforcing the joint between a main piping 2, in which a fluid flows, and a branch piping 3 connected radially to the main piping 2 and made radially smaller than the main piping 2. The reinforcing rib plate is characterized by comprising: a rib body part 5 fillet-welded to the outer circumference 2a of the main piping 2 and the outer circumference 3a of the branch piping 3; and an overhang part 6 extended from the rib body part 5 along the circumferential direction of the main piping 3 and fillet-welded to the outer circumference 3a of the main piping 3.
