The initial components are used at the following ratio, wt %: prime grade wheat flour - 40.00, prime grade wheat flour (for sprinkling) 3.45, sugar sand - 17.08, butter - 26.96, melange - 6.29, sea buckthorn extraction cake - 5.96, sodium bicarbonate - 0.045, ammonium carbonate - 0.045, salt - 0.17.EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of gas-forming capacity of wheat flour, decrease of wet gluten and dough dilution, enhancement of water absorbing capacity of dough, increase of food fibres content in dough and decrease of the goods calorie content.1 tbl
