<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program and the like in which processing responsive to a usage situation of software can be performed. <P>SOLUTION: Software of which the execution is permitted within an approval number stored in a storage section is executed and identification information relating to a first state where a file is opened by software is extracted by a control section of a server computer 1. Software is executed and identification information relating to a second state where a file is not opened by the software is extracted by the control section. When an execution request of software is received after reaching the approval number, the extracted identification information relating to the first state is referenced and first information is outputted by the control section.
