<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a user's workload when specifying a service providing device for providing service to the user. <P>SOLUTION: A management device 30 stores a general sorting definition with contents common to multiple users and a user-by-user definition with contents different according to the users. The management device 30 includes a storage area that is logically divided for each user and a file group used by each user is stored in each storage area. The management device 30 conducts a primary analysis about contents of a file acquired from a mobile terminal 20, and specifies a service providing device that provides external service to the file, in accordance with the analysis result, the general sorting definition and the user-by-user definition.
