A chamber formed in a rotary valve has a bag with one end being opened and the other end being closed. The wall of the opened end of the bag is mounted to a wall of the chamber, and a weight is mounted to the bottom of the bag, or the bottom of the bag is lifted by the external force without using gravity. Otherwise, a lifting piston is mounted in the chamber. Even though there is a problem in that solid particles contained in the rotating chamber do not enter a duct of a pneumatic carry system in the chamber by the self-weight when the solid particles are lightweight, a rotor of the rotary valve is rotated and thus the chamber faces a lower opening, the bag is forcibly turned over by the gravity of the weight or the external force without using the gravity, or the piston is moved up and down, so that the solid particles stored in the chamber enter the duct of the pneumatic carry system, thereby supplying a wanted supply amount of the solid particles to the duct of the pneumatic carry system. |
