<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary machine that is miniaturized while maintaining high torque linearity. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary machine includes a stator 3 having an excitation coil wound therearound, and a rotor 4 rotating oppositely to the stator 3 with a predetermined gap inbetween from. In the rotary machine, the stator 3 has a structure in which a plurality of magnetic pole teeth 7 are arranged and equally spaced in a circumferential direction so as to protrude in a radial direction on a yoke, a slot 9 for winding the excitation coil is formed between the adjacent magnetic pole teeth 7, and a yoke thickness expanding portion 12 is formed on a center between the magnetic pole teeth 7 in a yoke side of the slot 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
