The present invention relates to a poke-in connector configured so that a wire can be in contact at the same time when the wire is locked in a terminal, only by inserting the wire into the terminal, and, more specifically, to a poke-in connector which facilitates locking and unlocking of a wire. The poke-in connector of the present invention comprises: a terminal including a locking unit in which a wire is inserted and locked while touching; and a housing formed as one piece with a locking release lever which releases the wire from the locked state, and covers the terminal. The locking unit includes an upper contact part which is formed on an upper part of the terminal to be tilted downward in the direction of the inserted wire so as to come in contact with the upper part of the wire; and a lower contact part which is formed on a lower part of the terminal with a distance from the upper contact part, locks the wire together with the upper contact part by touching a lower portion of the wire, and has elasticity to be pressed downward while making the distance from the upper contact part wider when the locking release lever is pressed, so that the locked state of the wire can be released. |
