The connector joins concrete-reinforcing bars together, and comprises a section of wire with two eyes spaced apart. The wire is welded together at the ends of form a closed loop and bent so as to form the eyes, which are joined together by two portions twisted together. The eyes (4,5) taper in the direction of the twisted portions (6,7) and can be oblong, with straightides (8,9) joining onto the twisted portions. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simple connector for joining concrete reinforcing bars together will not tangle with other connectors in storage hooper etc.
