PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening frame structure of an opening part of a building such that a shutter device can be installed while outward appearances of building surroundings are suppressed from being spoiled.SOLUTION: A window part 21 is formed at an outer wall part 11 of a building, and a sash frame 22 is arranged at a peripheral edge part of the window part 21. The sash frame 22 has an upper frame 23 arranged along an upper edge part of the window part 21. The upper frame 23 is constituted by coupling a first upper frame part 41 and a second upper frame part 42 with each other. The second upper frame part 42 is provided with a throating fitting part 63 for detachably fitting an upper throating 64 which guides water flowing from above along an outer wall surface 15a more outdoors than the window part 21. |
