The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing bread with green pepper, and to the bread manufactured thereby in which 0.5-5 wt % of green pepper powder for the total weight of the bread is added. The bread includes the green pepper powder manufactured by using Chengyang pepper containing rich capsaicin, and improves the preference with an effect of capsaicin by improving taste, smell and color, leading to an increased demand for green pepper which is expected to secure profits of farmers who cultivates Chengyang pepper and promotes health, and to be used as functional bread with capsaicin in confectionary field. |
