The present invention relates to a heat-insulating curtain wall window/door system. According to the present invention, a window is installed with a heat-insulating frame in which a heat-insulating PVC cap formed of a PVC material covers an outer surface of an aluminum fixing bar being disposed in a front surface of a fixed frame which is fixedly disposed in a building base frame so that heat insulation inside and outside of the heat-insulating frame is available at the same time. The present invention includes a fixed frame that is disposed transversely and horizontally on a building base frame to form a grid-shaped grid space, receiving grooves being formed with a predetermined depth in a longitudinal direction in a front surface thereof; heat-insulating frames that are received on the respective receiving grooves of the fixed frame and are fixedly installed by using multiple fixing screws; heat-insulating frame temporary coupling means for maintaining a temporary coupling state when the heat-insulating frames are received on the respective receiving grooves of the fixed frame; windows that are installed in the respective grid spaces which are formed by the heat-insulating frames; and adhesion means for fixing the windows to the respective grid spaces by adhering edges of the windows on the heat-insulating frames.
