MOUSE MODEL FOR VITILIGO AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a vitiligo mouse model and a method for producing the same and, more specifically, to a vitiligo mouse model having lesions induced by using a peptide (SVYDFFVWL) derived from TRP-2 (tyrosinase related protein-2), one of melanocyte-specific proteins, as an autoantigen and injecting an adjuvant for stimulating an immune response after mixing with the peptide and a method for producing the vitiligo mouse model. The vitiligo mouse model according to the present invention is useful for screening drugs against vitiligo by an inhibitory effect on autologous CD8 T-lymphocyte activity and evaluation of reduction of area of the skin lesion.
