An apparatus for processing a lens is provided to change the movement orbit of the machining tool without exchanging the cam, and to build up the curve rail of the processing device by controlling the location of the Y-axis table and X-axis. A spherical surface grinding attachment(1) comprises the first and second X-axis tables(13,14), the first and second Y-axis tables(16,18) mounted in the first and the second X-axis table, and the link table(19) connecting the first and the second Y-axis table. The tool spindle(6) in which the abrasive tool(5) is adhered is mounted in the link table. The second X-axis table, and the first and the second Y-axis table are moved with the X-axis motor(31), and Y-axis motors(32,33), the abrasive tool is shaken according to the predetermined shaking trace. |
