1. A semiconductor device comprising:
a first transistor; a second transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to a first terminal of the first transistor, wherein the second transistor comprising a semiconductor layer adjacent to the gate electrode of the second transistor; a third transistor whose gate electrode is electrically connected to the first terminal of the first transistor, wherein the third transistor comprising a semiconductor layer adjacent to the gate electrode of the third transistor; a first light emitting element whose first electrode is electrically connected to a first terminal of the second transistor; a second light emitting element whose first electrode is electrically connected to a first terminal of the third transistor; a first insulating film over the gate electrode of the second transistor and the gate electrode of the third transistor, wherein each of the first electrode of the first light emitting element and the first electrode of the second light emitting element is provided over the first insulating film; and a second insulating film over and in contact with the first electrode of the first light emitting element and the first electrode of the second light emitting element, wherein each of the first electrode of the first light emitting element and the first electrode of the second light emitting element is an anode.
