<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for releasing a lock state even in a case where a lock release method is displayed in a specific language and a user cannot understand a lock release procedure.SOLUTION: When a key operation is performed during the setting of a lock state, an object indicating that the lock state has been set is displayed on a display 30. When a slide operation is performed on a touch panel 38, a processor 24 updates the displaying of the object with the slide operation and releases the lock state. When a distance and a direction are calculated so as to perform an upward sliding by a predetermined distance, the lock state is released. A portable telephone 10 releases a lock state regardless of a language to be used by a user by displaying an object urging an operation to release the lock state.</p> |
