a first position in which the actuator button (3) is incapable of depression and the inward projecting retaining clip (39) of the rotatable outer body (2) is held firmly in the circumferentially extending slot (40) in the rotatable outer body (2) and a second position in which actuator button (3) is capable of depression and the inward projecting retaining clip (39) of the rotatable outer body (2) is held less firmly in the circumferentially extending slot (40) in the rotatable outer body (2). |
