PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hosting system for guaranteeing maximum security and operability with limited resources. SOLUTION: A CPU of the hosting system determines whether or not there is a limit to the simultaneous connection number of client IP, whether or not there is limit to the simultaneous connection number of access content, and whether or not there is system resource limiting value (S13 to S15). When any of them is present, a real path is analyzed from a path of the access content (S16) to determine whether or not the content is a setting target (S17). When the content is a setting target at S17 (YES at S17), it is determined whether or not it is over set threshold (S19). When it is determined that the content is not a setting target at S17 (NO at S17) or that the content is not over the set threshold at S19 (NO at S19), process of a request is started at S18.
