The present invention relates to a method for preparing a pain treatment agent and cosmetic product using naturally occurring materials including Caragana sinica, and a pain treatment agent and a cosmetic product. The method for preparing a pain treatment agent and cosmetic product using naturally occurring materials including Caragana sinica comprises the steps of: fermenting a first solution in which brown or white rice, yeast, microorganisms, and a mineral concentrate are mixed; mixing a second solution, in which herbal raw materials of naturally occurring materials including Caragana sinica are mixed with microorganisms, with the first solution, followed by fermentation; heating, pressurizing, and hot-water extracting herbal raw materials; mixing the extracted hot water, the fermented first solution, and the fermented second solution, followed by distillation; and filtering the distilled solution. According to the present invention, the pain treatment agent and the cosmetic product have no side effects and can exhibit an excellent pain treatment effect in a short time, and the cosmetic product together with the pain treatment agent can be manufactured. |
