The present invention relates to a molding device of an injection mold and an injection molding method using the same and, more specifically, to a molding device of an injection mold applying rotation of a mold mounting plate for injection molding of different color and different material, and an injection molding method using the same. Therefore, the molding device in the present invention comprise fixing plate having a fixing mold installed; two or more moving plate installed to be separated from the fixing plate; a tie bar installed on the fixing plate to be fixed and penetrating the moving plate; a moving mold installed on the moving plate; and a hydraulic system moving the moving plate to have an effect of reducing molding force needed for molding to half. Also, the molding device in the present invention can deliver uniform molding force to a mold by a center press method applying the same pressure in the symmetric direction in both sides. |
