PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an extruded foamed polystyrene resin sheet having flame resistance and heat insulating property useable for housing material applications and excellent heat resistance and also excellent recyclability.SOLUTION: In the method of producing an extruded foamed polystyrene resin sheet, a composite flame retardant consisting of 2,2-bis-[4-(dibromo-2-methylpropoxy)-3,5-dibromophenyl]propane (A), 2,2-bis[4-(dibromopropoxy)-3,5-dibromophenyl]propane (B) and brominated isocyanurate (C) is used and the blended ratio of the (A) in the composite flame retardant is over 5 wt.% and less than 35 wt.% in 100 wt.% of the composite flame retardant, and the blended ratio between (B) and (C) (weight ratio) is (B):(C)=40:60 to 90:10. |
