An insulator layer 10 has a terminal opening 11 for exposing element connection terminals 45, 46 to the accommodation opening 25. Conductive layers 71, 72 for connecting the actuator element 104 and the element connection terminals 45, 46 are formed in the terminal opening 11, The conductive layers 71, 72 have a solder layer 73 formed on a surface closer to the insulator layer 10 of the element connection terminals 45, 46, and a conductive adhesive layer 74 formed on a surface opposite to the element connection terminals 45, 46 of the solder layer 73. |
