PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate simulation of a water treatment process including complicated water flows.SOLUTION: A method for simulating the water treatment process by using a computer comprises the steps of: arranging units and forming streams for connecting one unit to another unit correspondingly to a water treatment device to prepare process flow charts of the water treatment process; setting initial values of the flow rate, temperature and water quality of at least one stream; calculating a water balance in each of the units after the initial values thereof are set; calculating a heat balance in each of the units after the water balance thereof is calculated; calculating a material balance in each of the units after the heat balance thereof is calculated; and performing design calculation of each of the units after the material balance thereof is calculated. |
