PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mixture gas blowing device and method capable of sufficiently mixing fuel gas with oxygen-enriched air, and waste gasification melting device and method using the same.SOLUTION: A mixture gas blowing device has an air supply pipe 22 connected to a tuyere 5 and supplying mixture gas into a furnace body, and at least one branch port each is opened on an outer periphery of the air supply pipe at two different positions in an axial line direction of the air supply pipe. The branch port positioned on an upstream side among the two positions is formed as a dust supply port 23A for supplying dusts to oxygen-containing gas flowing in the air supply pipe, and the branch port positioned on a downstream side is formed as a fuel gas supply inlet 24A for supplying fuel gas to the oxygen-containing gas. The oxygen-containing gas, the fuel gas and the dusts are mixed in a space in a range between the fuel gas supply port and the tuyere in the axial line direction, so as to form the mixture gas.
