PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce and suppress noise generated in a current source without reducing a power supply voltage fluctuation rejection ratio.SOLUTION: First and second resistors 11, 12 for voltage division are connected in series between a power supply and ground, divided voltage is supplied as a power supply voltage of a current mirror circuit 51 and a ratio of resistance values of the first and second resistors 11, 12 for voltage division and a ratio of capacitance values of a parasitic capacitor 22 and a first capacitor element 21 composing a filter circuit 52 are set to the same value, so that a power supply voltage fluctuation rejection ratio to power supply voltage fluctuation can be improved. |
