PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency treatment device comprising a base end part with a high heat resistance property for reducing a high-frequency electric current which flows into a biological tissue therefrom.SOLUTION: A high frequency treatment device comprises: a flexible tube which is inserted into a body cavity; a treatment part, which is provided at a tip of the flexible tube and has an electroconductivity, for treating a biological tissue by electric conduction; and an insulation member to cover the base end side of the treatment part. The treatment part is deformable during treatment. The treatment part includes a pair of holding parts and a hinge structure part to open/close the pair of holding parts. The insulation member has a space to allow a deformation of the hinge structure part when the pair of holding parts is opened and closed. |
