PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided wiring flexible substrate having a structure which prevents erroneous detection from occurring in the transmission type image inspection if positional deviation is within an allowable range even when the positional deviation occurs on both surfaces of lands, and also to provide an inspection method of the double-sided wiring flexible substrate.SOLUTION: A double-sided wiring flexible substrate includes: an insulating base material 10 made of an insulation film; a through-hole 50 which penetrates through the insulating base material; first and second lands 40 and 70 formed on both surfaces of the insulating base material so as to contain through-holes; and first and second wiring patterns 30 and 80 connected to the first and second lands, respectively. The first land is larger than the second land and encompasses the second land in a top view.
