A vermifuge injection powder for animals comprising at least one of the antiparasitics such as avilamycin, albendazole and albendazole hydrochlorate, levamisole hydrochlorate, chlorocyaniosaliamine sodium, firponil and the like, which is mixed with liquid dispersion while being used, and a solution or a emulsion or a suspension is thus obtained. And the administration can be subcutaneous injection or intramuscular injection, as well as oral taking. The formulation is suitable for the prevention of nematodiasis, fascioliasis hepatica, ectoparasite disease (acarids, ticks, lice and maggots etc.) in higher animals. The injection powder comprising an antiparasitics of avilamycin according to the present invention displays a very good slow releasing effect. The injection powder compound comprising the antiparasitics of avilamycin and albendazole hydrochlorate according to the present invention has a broad anti-parasitic spectrum, more effective against pesticide resistant nematode as well as a good slow releasing effect.
