<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progressive feed multistage press molding apparatus for a belt-like weight capable of easily and surely securing required mass accuracy to a plate thickness variation in a supplied long-size plate material, on the belt-like weight for a sticking type balance weight having various mass divisions.SOLUTION: A press molding apparatus comprises a series body molding part II for molding a series body S by a small division weight 1e, a final cutting part IV for cutting off a belt-like weight 1a of a predetermined length by selection operation and upper and lower die sets 32a and 35b for executing press operation. The final cutting part IV is constituted of a cutting molding unit 31 composed of upper and lower dies 33a and 35 for cutting off a predetermined length Lc of the series body S, upper and lower packing 34 and 35a for selectively operably supporting these dies and a slide guide 35b for oppositely slidably supporting these upper and lower packing 34 and 35a, ans is arranged so that the upper and lower die sets 32a and 35b can act, and thereby can easily manage mass of the molding belt-like weight 1a.</p> |
