The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing a chip breaker that greatly improves manufacturing speed by directly controlling the position of an object when processing a chip breaker. The apparatus includes the elements: a base frame (1); a seating unit (5) fixedly installed on the base frame (10) to seat a bite tool (100); a bite tool fixing unit to fix the bite tool (100) when grinding by pressing an upper part of the bite tool (100) seated on the seating unit (5); a grinder; and a bite tool position control unit to pick up the bite tool (100) seated on the seating unit (5) to rotate the bite tool (100) so as to seat the bit tool (100) on the seating unit (5) again, wherein the bite tool control unit includes the following: multiple holder pins (25) in rod shape inserted into a center hole (101) provided at a center of the bite tool (100); and a holder unit to widen an interval between the holder pins (25) to adhere the holder pin (25) to an inner circumferential surface of the center hole so that the holder pin (25) grips the bite tool (100).
