There are described the rotors of the wind power devices and of the handling aircrafts, particularly of a mechanism of the energy transfer from the rotor to the generator or from the drive motor to the rotor. The transforming mechanism (7) of a linear movement gives the vibrations through the attached central ropes (4) and the wires (18) of the rotor (1A, 1B) contrary and the by the counter-effect of periodically varying the angles of attack of the blades (11) there is a strength of the rotors (1A, 1B) and by the inertial energy of rotation on the contrary to the unfolding tension of the transforming mechanism (7) of a crank and of the vibrate members (5). |
