PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast pipe or the like including an inlet and an outlet having different opening shapes and connected to each other with a passage space bent at at least one location, configured to prevent the wind speed of air discharged from the outlet from being relatively reduced at an end closer to the inlet in a longitudinal direction of the outlet especially, even if the wind speed of the air discharged from the outlet is increased.SOLUTION: In a blast pipe 51, at least one of a plurality of control units is an uppermost-stream control unit 61 which includes an elongated gap 63 arranged in a passage space, which is an upstream end in an airflow direction of a first bent passage part of a passage section, and blocking the passage space so as to cross a part thereof and extending along the crossing direction, to allow the air to pass through. A partition plate 80 forming a dedicated passage space, which allows a part of the air received through an inlet 52 to flow up to a position immediately before the end of the gap, is arranged in a portion between the inlet 52 and an end 63a of the gap closer to the inlet, in an introduction passage part 54A of the passage section. |
