A colour film substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, a touchscreen and a display device. A display screen comprising the colour film substrate can achieve a touch function. The colour film substrate comprises: a transparent substrate (1) and a colour film layer (2) arranged on the transparent substrate (1), wherein the colour film layer (2) comprises a plurality of filter blocks (21), a plurality of first sensing electrodes (3) and a plurality of second sensing electrodes (4), the first sensing electrodes (3) being insulated from the second sensing electrodes (4); and the colour film layer (2) is located at a part of cross locations of the first sensing electrodes (3) and the second sensing electrodes (4), so that the first sensing electrodes (3) are insulated from the second sensing electrodes (4) at the cross locations, thereby forming a touch sensing capacitor.
