PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly diffuse heat generated by an exothermic body without damaging equipment appearance.SOLUTION: In a camera module 17 provided in electronic equipment having a housing 80 for housing two exothermic bodies (an FPGA 16d and a USB controller 16e), heat conductive coating 94 is applied on the internal wall surface of the housing 80. This enables prompt heat diffusion generated by the exothermic body without damaging the equipment appearance. In consequence, the camera module 17 has excellence in safety, reliability and aesthetic property. |
