PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coextruded composite film which is good in pinhole resistance and impurity sealability and causes no delamination in a retort process.SOLUTION: There is provided a coextruded composite film which is a composite film composed of an outer layer, an intermediate layer and an inner layer. The outer layer includes at least one polyamide resin layer, the intermediate layer includes at least one adhesive resin layer containing a polypropylene and at least one mixed layer of a polypropylene and a polyethylene-based elastomer, and the inner layer includes at least one layer of a heat seal layer or an easy-to-peel layer having cohesive failure properties. |
