PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of effectively dissipating heat from both front and rear surfaces of a substrate.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a thermally conductive substrate 11; a wiring electrode 14 formed on the thermally conductive substrate 11; a resist 15 covering the wiring electrode 14 except for terminals 14a and 14b; and a light-emitting element 16 installed in an element mounting region R of the thermally conductive substrate 11 and electrically connected to the terminal 14a of the wiring electrode 14. A heat dissipation hole 18 for exposing a surface of the thermally conductive substrate 11 is provided in that region of the resist 15 which is outside the element mounting region R. |
