The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing natural yellow and red color dye powder extracted from safflower which is a chrysanthemum plant and a well-known natural and vegetable dyeing raw material from old times, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing natural yellow and red color dye powder extracted from safflower, in which a side effect which causes property deformation or discoloration of a dye component occurs during a manufacturing process is minimized and a manufacturing method optimized for each step is provided by using data obtained through various experiments, by providing a manufacturing method in a more systematic and quantitative manner from preparing dried safflower to obtaining the yellow and red dye powder to manufacture dye powder using a yellow pigment and a red pigment contained in the natural safflower. The method of manufacturing natural yellow and red color dye powder extracted from a safflower includes: a manufacturing method of natural yellow dye powder (S100) including the steps of preparing the dried safflower (S110), extracting a yellow pigment (S120), performing concentration under reduced pressure (S130), drying in a spray drying method (S140), and obtaining the yellow dye powder (S150); and a manufacturing method of red yellow dye powder (S200) including the steps of preparing the dried safflower (S210), extracting the yellow pigment (S220), preparing the safflower in which the yellow pigment is removed (S230), extracting a red pigment (S240), adding citric acid (S250), drying in a spray drying method (S260), and obtaining the red dye powder (S270). |
