The pressure relates to a two-tone-color plastic slate manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method. Slates of the related art that are formed of waste plastic use carbon black as a coloring agent and have a gloomy black color, and thus look dark, dim, unpleasant, and unattractive when applied as a roof material. However, according to the present invention, a slate plate (10) is formed to be divided into a surface layer (12) that is formed of a new plastic material which contains an antioxidant and a sunscreen and a back layer (11) that is formed of a waste plastic material with the color of the surface layer (12) being brighter than the color of the back layer (11) in a two-tone-color. A thickness ratio of the surface layer (12) and the back layer (11) is 10 to 30% to 70 to 90%. After roof installation, the present invention looks brighter, more beautiful, and more attractive than dark-colored and waste plastic-only slates of the related art. Since the surface layer is thinner than the back layer, the two-tone-color slate can be provided at a low cost and with high durability and sunscreen and oxidation prevention effects. |
