The present invention relates to a jig for processing a sleeve. The jig prevents the eccentricity error after processing a groove which is caused by tilting and shaking during an electrochemical discharging machining, by improving the existing sleeve fixing structure and fixing the sleeve based on the inner radius. In addition, the groove eccentricity error can be prevented through a uniform electrolyte supply by improving the existing electrolyte supply structure and providing electrolyte inside the sleeve.
