According to an embodiment of the present invention, a state observer of a non-linear system with delayed output and a control device including the same include an input unit receiving information on features of the non-linear system from the outside; a calculating unit which estimates a compensated state vector of the non-linear system according to the delayed time of the output of the non-linear system by using the received information on the features; and an output unit which outputs the estimated state vector.
