The present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus and a water treatment method for sterilizing a filter film as well as the inside of a water tank for supplying clean water. The water treatment apparatus of the present invention comprises the following: a filter unit including a preprocessing precipitation filter, a carbon filter, and a hollow fiber membrane filter; a storage unit for storing water filtered by the filter unit; and a sterilizing module for supplying sterilizing water to the storage unit by being installed on the front end of the hollow fiber membrane filter. |
