PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device which increases the optical efficiency and simultaneously can reduce the external light reflectance.SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes: a substrate 110; an optical path guide film 90 which is formed on the substrate 110 and has an inclined side wall 91; an organic light-emitting diode 700 which is formed on the substrate 110 and the optical path guide film 90; and a phase transition layer 800 which is formed on the organic light-emitting diode 700 and is formed at a position corresponding to the inclined side wall 91. Accordingly, the organic light-emitting display device can minimize the external light reflectance raised by the optical path guide film 90, by forming the phase transition layer 800 on the optical path guide film 90.
