The present invention relates to a primer set for discriminating soybean cultivars and a method for discriminating soybean cultivars using the same. More specifically, the present invention uses an STS-CAPS marker to discriminate the cultivars, and therefore, can discriminate 110 species of the soybean cultivars by using an agarose gel to be used for a quality control and a quality assurance of the soybean. |
