PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expression system for expression of desired gene in yeast with excellent output control of gene expression.SOLUTION: Constructed is an expression system for expressing desired gene including a first expression cassette provided with one or more transcription factor-binding regions to which an active artificial transcription factor protein binds, a TATA box region, and a terminator region derived from a yeast gene selected according to the desired expression amount.
