PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm information about document data to be managed and also to improve the operation efficiency of an operation to the document data by changing the shape of an image corresponding to document data based on acquired data information. SOLUTION: Document retrieval processing is carried out by a document management program ill that is stored in an ROM of a storing part 102, and the start of the document retrieval processing is instructed form a KBD 107 by an operator. When the document retrieval processing is executed and corresponding document data 112 are retrieved, it is decided whether the image shape is changed or not at the time of showing the retrieved data 112 on a display device 103. When the image shape of the data 112 is changed, the image shape of the data 112 is changed while matching the value of data attribute which shows the date when the date 112 such as a registration date and an updation date is edited. An image based on image data for display which is is shown on the device 103. |
