PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of an isocyanate compound capable of manufacturing, from a nitro compound and carbon monoxide, a corresponding isocyanate compound in a high efficiency under mild carbon monoxide pressure and temperature conditions.SOLUTION: The provided manufacturing apparatus of an isocyanate compound includes: a circulatory reactor wherein a flow channel for continuously reacting raw ingredients is configured; a temperature elevation device for elevating and maintaining the temperature of the circulatory reactor; a raw ingredient feeding device for continuously feeding the raw ingredients into the flow channel from one terminal of the circulatory reactor; and a recovery device for continuously retrieving an isocyanate compound from the other terminal side of the circulatory reactor.
