PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable equipment, an object to be limited in its operation in regard to a demand response, to be set flexible in correspondence with a situation at a space where the equipment is installed.SOLUTION: An operation control device of this invention comprises an operation limited equipment table storing part for storing the operation limited equipment table in which an operation limited content of the operation limited equipment to become an object to be limited in its operation when a demand power is reduced is corresponded to a priority order. The operation control device controls the operation limited equipment in response to the operation limiting content under a priority order indicated by the operation limited equipment table until it reaches a required power reducing amount when an estimated value exceeds a desired value of the prescribed demand power. Upon this operation, the operation control device changes the priority order at the operation limited equipment table on the basis of the result of judgment of a situation presence of a person in a space where the operation limited equipment is installed. |
