摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce series resistance losses in a solar cell substrate by achieving a simple structure and an easy manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module 1 includes: a semiconductor layer 3; a semiconductor electrode substrate 10, on the top face of which the semiconductor layer 3 is formed; a counter electrode substrate 20 arranged above the semiconductor electrode substrate 10 while facing the semiconductor electrode substrate 10; a spacer 4 separating cells in between the upper and lower substrates of the semiconductor electrode substrate 10 and the counter electrode substrate 20; and an electrolyte layer 5 implanted between the upper and lower substrates of the semiconductor electrode substrate 10 and the counter electrode substrate 20. The semiconductor electrode substrate 10 comprises: an organic resin substrate 11; a recessed groove 12 provided on the top face 11a of the organic resin substrate 11; a collector electrode 13 arranged in the recessed groove 12; and a transparent conductive film 14 coated over the entire surface in a layer with a predetermined film thickness on the top face 11a of the organic resin substrate 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
