The present invention relates to a user authentication system, a method thereof, and an apparatus applied to the same. The authentication of a user requested from a service device related to the use of a service provided from the service device is checked. If the service is determined as an authentication object to process the authentication of the user, the authentication information of the user is received and the authentication of the user is processed based on the authentication information of the user. The authentication of the user is safely performed by the combination of hardware security technology and an isolated execution environment which is not exposed to a security risk by using the service with only the authentication processing result of the user without receiving the authentication information of the user in the service device.
